CBOA Membership Management System (CMMS)

CBOA Membership Management System (CMMS) has been developed by our Team Bengaluru under the guidance of
Shri. Ravi Kumar K, General Secretary, CBOA

CMMS contains the following features:
For members:
1. Capturing of Benevolent Fund Nominee Details.
2. Updation of the Profile details of the members.
3. Option to request for transfer.

For the Regional Secretaries:
Option to enter Death claim details, Can Bandhan details, Marriage details (Other than Can Bandhan),Honararium paid to Retirees, Arrears collected from the members, Subscription amount collected from the executives, User Creation.

For the Welfare Secretary/ Treasurer/ Deputy Treasurer:
Approval option for Death Claim details, Can Bandhan details, Marriage details (Other than Can Bandhan), Honararium paid to Retirees.

For Circle Liason:
Approval option for Benevolent Fund Nominee Details.

Reports available for Admin:
1. Subscription arrears of particular member.
2. Benevolent Fund arrears of particular member.
3. List of new members added during the month.
4. Death Claim Details.
5. Can Bandhan Details.
6. Marriage Details.
7. Details of Honararium paid to retirees.

Reports available for Members:
1. Subscription arrears.
2. Benevolent Fund arrears.
3. Subscription amount paid details.
4. Benevolent Fund amount paid details.

Technical Committee has been formed to improve the Application. Committee members are:
